Artist’s Statement:

Wendy creates semi abstract coastal inspired work in glass and paint, which reflects the ever-changing energy and seasonal colours of the Dorset landscape. You will discover both serene and vibrant work. Wendy uses a variety of materials and techniques to experiment with light and layers, often incorporating screen printed elements. She graduated with a 1st class degree in glass from Edinburgh College of Art, then received the Crafts Council Start Up Award to start her studio in 2000. Wendy runs monthly fused glass workshops from her studio in West Lulworth and co hosts The Art and Soul Retreat.
