Artist’s Statement:

“Robin works in Sterling Silver making pieces with simple, yet strong, design lines often using various surface texturing techniques.

He makes jewellery items such as bracelets, earrings and necklaces as well as less decorative work like bookmarks and letter openers.

He started learning about silversmithing and jewellery making some 30 years ago at South Hill Park Arts Centre in Bracknell near Reading, and then continued his studies by attending classes at Reading College, then part of Thames Valley University. His Sponsor Mark (Hallmark) is registered with The Goldsmith’s Company at the London Assay Office near St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.”
